All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods (e.g., drops or sales), please allow an extra 1–2 days for processing.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
To minimize surprises:
- We mark all packages with accurate descriptions and value.
- In some countries, duties may be waived below certain thresholds.
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

- We’ll work with our carriers to locate the package or offer a resolution.

International Orders Notice
Please note that for international shipments, additional fees charged by the delivery service company (such as customs duties, taxes, or handling fees) may apply. These costs are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to the delivery service in order to receive your package.
